Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Instruction

• Deliver lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions in the assigned subject area.
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching materials, and assessment tools.
• Use innovative teaching methods to enhance student learning and engagement.

Curriculum Development & Academic Planning

• Participate in curriculum design, course planning, and academic program development.
• Update course content to reflect current trends, research, and best practices.
• Assist in designing assessments, projects, and evaluation criteria.

Student Mentorship & Guidance

• Guide and mentor students on academic and career development.
• Address students' queries, provide feedback, and support learning outcomes.
• Supervise student projects, dissertations, and research work.

Research & Professional Development

• Engage in academic research, publish papers, and contribute to conferences or seminars.
• Stay updated with advancements in the subject area and teaching methodologies.
• Participate in faculty development programs and training sessions.

Administration & Collaboration

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and course documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues for departmental activities, workshops, and events.
• Contribute to quality assurance and accreditation processes as required.

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree or PhD in the relevant subject field.
• 6–10 years of teaching experience in colleges, universities, or professional institutions.
• Strong knowledge of subject matter and pedagogical techniques.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in educational technology and online teaching platforms.
