• Collaborate with management to identify company training

needs.

• Schedule appropriate training sessions.
• Oversee and direct seminars, workshops, individual training

sessions, and lectures.

• Plan and implement an effective training curriculum.
• Identify areas in employees' skills that require improvement.
• Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees
• Process and Product training for employees.
• Prepare content, training materials such as module

summaries, videos, and presentations.

• Develop monitoring systems to ensure that all employees are

performing job responsibilities according to Process

• Schedule soft skill Trainings for the required departments.
• Identify the least performer and conduct the individual

coaching sessions.

• Evaluate employees & skills and performance quality.
• Organize training sessions specific to various roles in the

company.

• Prepare all instructional materials.
• Good at Content development.
