Job Summary:

The Learning & Development (L&D) Executive is responsible for identifying training needs, developing effective learning programs, and delivering training sessions to enhance employee skills and organizational performance. This role ensures continuous development through both in-person and digital training, supporting employee growth and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct training needs analysis across departments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities.
  • Design and develop training programs, workshops, e-learning content, and other educational materials.
  • Coordinate and deliver employee training sessions, including onboarding, soft skills, technical training, and leadership development.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain training records, reports, and learning dashboards.
  • Collaborate with department heads to align L&D initiatives with business goals.
  • Manage relationships with external training providers and consultants as needed.
  • Support the implementation and administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS).
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
