Key Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic and people leadership to a team of professional skills development faculty
• Act as a trusted learning advisor to Business Unit and teams
• Lead the conceptualization design and execution of enterprise level professional skills and leadership development programs
• Personally facilitate and deliver advanced learning interventions for senior professionals managers and leaders
• Drive continuous improvement innovation and relevance of professional skills offerings in line with evolving business needs
• Ensure measurable business impact and high learner engagement across all programs
