- Leads enterprise-scale AI-first Lean transformation by integrating Lean Six Sigma, GenAI automation, process intelligence, and analytics-led decisioning
- Accountable for shaping strategic and transformation themes that influence senior stakeholders—building scalable methods and assets—and enabling portfolios to achieve measurable productivity, quality, risk reduction, and client value and experience outcomes
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently lead portfolio-level Lean value stream and opportunity discovery interventions, translating current-state waste, bottlenecks, and variability into AI-first future-state operating models
- Create and govern transformation roadmaps that combine Lean Six Sigma, GenAI process transformation, RPA workflow automation, analytics dashboards, and change adoption
- Serve as SME and advisor to senior leadership, process excellence leaders, project leaders, sponsors, and practitioners on Lean Six Sigma and AI-enabled process transformation
- Build pilots and institutionalize scalable frameworks, toolkits, assessment models, prompt libraries, value stream templates, automation qualification logic, and governance assets
- Support allocated units in meeting YOY efficiency, client value, and quality commitments through structured benefit realization controls and adoption management
- Lead knowledge management for the Lean repository, continuously upgrading it with standardized, reusable, and AI-enabled assets
- Translate intervention and operational data into insight themes, executive narratives, and action plans using dashboards, analytics, and stakeholder review cadences
- Ensure responsible, secure, and human-centered use of GenAI and automation by embedding risk checks, usage guardrails, validation loops, and adoption readiness into solution design
Technical Requirements:
- Strong understanding of Waterfall, Agile, SAFe, ITIL, ITSM, and project service management tools; ability to tailor Lean interventions to delivery context
- Working knowledge of GenAI-enabled productivity, including prompt engineering basics, knowledge workflows, AI-assisted analysis, workflow automation, and automation qualification
- Ability to define Lean automation and GenAI operating models, including opportunity pipeline prioritization, business case controls, metrics ownership, and an adoption plan
- Advanced problem solving, statistical thinking, data storytelling, and data visualization; exposure to Power BI and analytics toolkit preferred
- Strong senior stakeholder management, consulting orientation, facilitation, executive communication, and change management capability
- Awareness of responsible AI principles, risk management, data privacy, security, and human-in-the-loop validation for AI-assisted process changes
