Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Engagement

  • Acquire and engage clients with Assets Under Management (AUM) of INR 1 million and above using a need-based approach
  • Deliver strong volume and revenue performance by targeting high-potential prospects and deepening existing client relationships

Cross-Selling & Upselling

  • Drive product penetration by offering a full suite of DBS products and services across banking, investments, and insurance
  • Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to enhance client value and meet individual financial goals

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized financial solutions
  • Build long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs, financial behaviors, and preferences

Internal Coordination

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Service, Distribution, and Product to ensure smooth service delivery and product fulfillment
  • Resolve client issues and ensure a seamless banking experience through efficient stakeholder coordination
