Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Engagement
- Acquire and engage clients with Assets Under Management (AUM) of INR 1 million and above using a need-based approach
- Deliver strong volume and revenue performance by targeting high-potential prospects and deepening existing client relationships
Cross-Selling & Upselling
- Drive product penetration by offering a full suite of DBS products and services across banking, investments, and insurance
- Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities to enhance client value and meet individual financial goals
Customer Relationship Management
- Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized financial solutions
- Build long-term client relationships by understanding customer needs, financial behaviors, and preferences
Internal Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams including Service, Distribution, and Product to ensure smooth service delivery and product fulfillment
- Resolve client issues and ensure a seamless banking experience through efficient stakeholder coordination
