• Acquire and engage clients with Assets Under Management (AUM) of INR 1 million or more using a need-based approach.
• Deliver exceptional volume and revenue growth through targeted client acquisition.
• Ensure effective product penetration by cross-selling and up-selling relevant banking products and services.

Client Relationship Management:

• Manage and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement and personalized relationship management.
• Coordinate closely with internal teams including Service, Distribution, and Product to ensure seamless client servicing and support.

Service Excellence:

• Ensure consistent delivery of superior service standards to enhance client loyalty and retention.
