The Leadership Hiring Recruiter will be responsible for end-to-end hiring of senior and strategic roles across geographies. The role requires strong executive search capability, stakeholder advisory, and deep market intelligence to enable high-quality, business-aligned hiring outcomes.
Job Description – Leadership Hiring Recruiter - Contractual ( US hiring or India Hiring)
Location: Pune , Chennai
This position plays a critical role in driving leadership capability, business growth, and transformation through strategic hiring.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Executive Search & Talent Mapping-
- Drive end-to-end leadership hiring for CXO / SVP / VP / Director roles across functions
- Build deep market intelligence and competitor mapping for leadership talent pools
- Identify and engage passive candidates through strategic headhunting approaches
2. Stakeholder Advisory & Business Alignment-
- Partner with business leaders, CXOs, and HR stakeholders to:
- Understand role requirements, expectations, and success metrics
- Translate business strategy into hiring mandates
- Act as a trusted advisor on talent availability, compensation benchmarks, and hiring strategy
3. Sourcing & Candidate Engagement-
- Leverage multi-channel sourcing strategies:
- Direct sourcing and networking
- Industry connects and referrals
- Search firms (where relevant)
- Build and maintain strong leadership talent pipelines for current and future roles
4. Assessment & Selection Governance-
- Drive structured evaluation processes including:
- Profile screening and shortlist creation
- Stakeholder interview coordination
- Assessment calibration discussions
- Ensure quality of hire, alignment to role mandate, and cultural fi
5. Offer Management & Closure-
- Lead offer discussions and negotiations in alignment with compensation frameworks
- Manage candidate engagement to ensure high offer-to-join conversion ratios
- Mitigate risks including counter-offers, dropouts, and delays
6. Stakeholder Management & Communication-
- Provide regular updates and market insights to hiring managers and leadership
- Ensure high stakeholder satisfaction through responsiveness and quality deliver
7. Pipeline Creation & Strategic Initiatives-
- Build proactive pipelines for critical roles (succession planning)
- Support diversity hiring initiatives and inclusive talent strategies.
8. Process Adherence & Reporting-
- Ensure compliance with Leadership Hiring SOP, governance, and approval frameworks
- Track and report key metrics:
- Time-to-hire
- Quality of hire
- Conversion ratios
Required Experience:
- 6–15 years of experience in Talent Acquisition with strong focus on:
- Leadership / executive hiring in India or US mandatory.
- IT Services / Consulting / Technology domains
- Proven track record in hiring senior roles (VP / Director / CXO-level mandates)
- Exposure to global hiring across India, USA, Europe, or APAC preferred
