Lead - Wireline Assurance

Key Deliverables:

• Manage warehousing and logistics operations for Chennai region.
• Oversee warehouse operations including delivery management and material movement.
• Ensure stock planning, replenishment, and FIFO adherence.
• Implement stacking norms, traceability for fresh/SRN materials, and manage SRN processes.
• Monitor ERP (Oracle) workflows and execute physical verifications (PV).
• Conduct stock reviews covering MOQ, EOQ, aged inventory control, and liquidation planning.
• Plan logistics for large order deliveries considering tax implications.
• Maintain transportation turnaround time (TAT) and delivery tracking.
• Ensure packaging meets defined standards and safety norms are followed.
• Generate and manage regular MIS reports.

Role Responsibilities:

• Ensure efficient material identification and traceability for usable and non-usable stock.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations.
• Manage transport operations and waybill compliance.
• Maintain customer-centric approach to meet delivery expectations.
• Leverage basic telecom knowledge to support warehousing decisions.
• Support continuous improvement in SCM performance and inventory control.
