Job Description

Ghrs Training is looking for an experienced and highly skilled Lead Trainer - Service Desk to elevate our training programs. If you have a proven track record in delivering comprehensive technical training and possess expertise in key service desk technologies, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deliver engaging and effective training programs on core service desk technologies, including Microsoft products, Azure, ServiceNow, and Office 365.
  • Lead training sessions focused on best practices for Service Desk operations, incident management, and customer support.
  • Conduct training needs assessments and develop tailored curricula to address skill gaps and enhance team performance.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to junior trainers and service desk agents to foster continuous learning and development.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, implementing continuous improvements.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in service desk tools and technologies to ensure training content remains relevant and cutting-edge.

About You:

  • You are a Graduate from any discipline.
  • You have a minimum of 4 years of experience in delivering trainings on technical subjects.
  • You possess strong expertise in providing training on Microsoft technologies, Azure, ServiceNow, Office 365, and Service Desk operations.
  • You have excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • You are passionate about learning and development, with a proven ability to motivate and inspire trainees.
