Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle for lateral hiring across various business units
• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand requirements and craft recruitment strategies
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple sourcing techniques and platforms
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Manage stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations
• Lead and mentor a small team of recruiters to meet hiring targets and operational goals
• Analyze recruitment metrics to drive process improvement and efficiency
