Lead Software Engineer (UI Engineer)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced user interfaces for the Orion scientific platform
• Build interactive and high-performance web applications for molecular visualization and chemical space exploration
• Collaborate closely with scientists, UX designers, and engineers to translate scientific requirements into UI features
• Enhance collaboration tools, data management systems, and visualization workflows
• Develop and optimize frontend components for large-scale scientific datasets and 3D rendering
• Implement and maintain unit tests, end-to-end tests, and CI/CD pipelines
• Debug and resolve complex UI and system-level issues in distributed environments
• Contribute to modernization of legacy UI systems and development of new product features
• Continuously improve performance, usability, and scalability of scientific applications
