Lead Software Engineer (UI Engineer)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain complex, data-intensive UI systems
• Build interactive web interfaces for molecular visualization and chemical space exploration
• Collaborate with scientists, designers, and engineers to translate scientific requirements into UI solutions
• Develop new frontend features and modernize existing UI architecture
• Optimize performance for large datasets and compute-heavy visualization workflows
• Build reusable UI components and maintain scalable frontend design systems
• Participate in debugging, testing, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines
• Ensure responsive, high-quality user experience across browsers
• Contribute to collaboration tools, data management features, and visualization enhancements
