Lead Software Engineer (MIS/TCT)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement complex Java-based applications.
• Maintain and enhance existing enterprise applications.
• Participate in full SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Perform code reviews and testing (unit, functional, integration, and non-functional).
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and security teams to ensure high application uptime.
