Lead / Senior Pipeline Engineer

Lead and execute pipeline engineering activities for onshore oil & gas, refinery, gas gathering stations, well pads, and cross-country pipeline projects, ensuring compliance with technical standards, project schedules, and deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work within the pipeline design team for feasibility, conceptual, basic engineering, FEED, detailed design, and EPC/EPCM projects.
• Prepare Pipeline Basis of Design, plan/profile/alignment sheets, route maps, route selection documents, calculations, specifications, and datasheets for various pipeline components.
• Develop pipeline material specifications, corrosion control plans, pipeline stress analysis, road crossing analysis reports, area classification studies, and sectionalizing valve station layouts.
• Ensure compliance with pipeline codes and standards, EPC project requirements, and technical competency standards.
• Conduct technical evaluation of vendors related to pipeline ancillaries and other equipment.
• Participate in design activities including HDD/trenchless methods, hot taps, MAOP, hydrostatic pressures, FEED, detailed design, and value engineering.
• Prepare engineering deliverables as per company technical competency standards.
• Utilize discipline-specific software including CAESAR II and/or AutoPIPE, AutoCAD, MathCAD, and MS Office for project execution.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Master's/PG in Pipeline Engineering.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in pipeline engineering for onshore oil & gas projects.
• Knowledge of EPC projects, man-hour estimation, and pipeline design principles.
