Lead Scrum Master

• Facilitates daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings
• Track and remove impediments, ensure the correct use of scrum processes
• Shield team from outside distractions, interferences conflicts
• Radiates information between squad and stakeholders to ensure alignment
• Assists team / individuals to clarify goals and actions to achieve them
• Serves as a coach in Agile practices
• Assisting in estimation and planning
• Understands and drive the projects on time
• Managing tasks, backlog tracking, burndown metrics, velocity and user stories

What you will bring along

• 8+ Years of IT Banking Project Management experience with B.E / B.Tech (CSE / IT) background
• Experience in playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a software development team that was diligently applying Scrum principles, practices, and theory.
• Knowledge of various well-documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown technologies, various Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
• Knowledge of other agile methodologies and frameworks like Kanban and XP
• Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
• Basic knowledge of software development processes and procedures
• Knowledge about Agile techniques like: User Stories, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing
• Effective communicator with the ability to maintain a cohesive team
• Experience using Jira or similar tool for managing Sprints and User Stories.
• Understanding of Java technology stack would be an advantage
