Lead Quality Assurance Automation Engineer Selenium/TestNG

we are looking for a qa automation engineer with 6–7 years of experience in test automation and java development. the role requires expertise in testing web services, automation frameworks, performance testing, and working with ci/cd pipelines in cloud environments. prior experience in the payments or financial services domain is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• design, develop, and execute automated tests to validate software quality
• collaborate with developers and business stakeholders to define test strategies
• perform api testing using mockito, wiremock, and stubs for integration validation
• test real-time streaming data using kafka and mq
• conduct automation testing with restassured, selenium, and testng
• monitor application performance using splunk and appdynamics
• develop and maintain ci/cd pipelines using gradle, docker, and jenkins
• conduct load and performance testing using gatling and jmeter
• manage test cases, report defects, and track test progress effectively
• coordinate with onshore teams to enhance test quality and coverage
