Lead Product Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Validate, test, and improve functionality of the Tempus Signoff ECO solution.
• Develop and execute regression methodologies to ensure product stability and quality.
• Work closely with R&D teams to define product specifications and implement feature enhancements.
• Collaborate with product release teams to ensure successful product delivery and customer readiness.
• Develop design flows and methodologies to improve product quality, scalability, and performance.
• Create and maintain test plans, validation environments, and automated testing frameworks.
• Analyze customer use cases and identify opportunities for product improvements.
• Debug timing, ECO, and implementation issues to ensure robust signoff solutions.
• Define and implement automation strategies to improve engineering productivity and process efficiency.
• Support timing closure and power optimization activities across semiconductor design flows.
