Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated Lead-Master Coach to join our team! Youll be instrumental in helping coachee find a solution themselves by training and mentoring them all while having a blast doing it

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Play a mentor s role to guide and coach relevant skills and techniques to improve the team s overall performance.
  • Assist with Follow up coaching tactics.
  • Help TLs identify skill issues and the relevant coaching techniques for the same.
  • Set a cadence of coaching observations/Triads to observe TLs coaching sessions.
  • Document feedback and report on a weekly basis.
  • Avoid dictating the right way to coach, help the TL to self-discover methods to coach themselves effectively.
  • Be assertive and have the ability to draft an action plan independently to scale up the TLs coaching skills.
  • Provide performance-impacting insights during weekly, monthly, and quarterly reviews.

Qualifications:

  • Exceptional written & verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent Coaching & Feedback Skills.
  • Stakeholder management, adaptability, data analytics & management.
  • Should have worked in a frontline supervisory role for a minimum of 1.5 years.
  • Should have prior coaching experience.
  • Should be open to working from the office & flexible shift timings.
  • Background in L&D or quality would be given preference.
  • Should be inclined to the growth mindset.
  • Should not be intrusive in all activities performed by the supervisor.
