Lead - Leadership Hiring (Manufacturing & Head Office)

Role & responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for senior leadership roles, aligning hiring with business priorities and workforce planning.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Rewards teams to ensure job descriptions meet evolving business needs.
• Develop and enhance multi-channel sourcing strategies, including employee referrals and executive search partners.
• Oversee recruitment operations, compliance, and onboarding for senior hires, ensuring process excellence.
• Analyze workforce plans and productivity metrics to identify talent gaps in the leadership space and design strategic hiring roadmaps.
• Manage recruitment vendor relationships and governance.
• Partner with Employer Branding to execute impactful lateral hiring campaigns and promote the 4 EVPs.
• Monitor, report key Staffing metrics; providing actionable insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
