Artech India is looking for Lead - Human Resource to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey. The Human Resources is responsible for supporting the HR department in a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

Responsibilities

• Recruitment and staffing: assist in the sourcing, screening and interviewing of potential candidates.
• Onboarding and orientation: help with the orientation process for new hires and ensure they are properly trained and equipped to perform their jobs.
• Employee relations: handle employee complaints, grievances, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
• Benefits administration: assist with the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
• Compliance: ensure HR policies and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Performance management: assist with performance evaluations, goal setting, and career development plans for employees.
• Training and development: assist in the design and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.The Assistant Manager of Human Resources should have a strong knowledge of HR best practices, They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-6 years of experience in human resources or related field.
• Strong understanding of HR practices and employment legislation in India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business objectives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
