- Communicate with customers to support business development and generate leads.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new customers/clients.
- Understand client requirements and develop tailored presentations to address their needs.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of companies participating in conferences and create targeted presentations.
- Respond to RFIs (Requests for Information) and RFPs (Requests for Proposals) with accurate technical and business content.
- Ensure adherence to SAP-CRM and update Salesforce data promptly.
- Conduct market research to identify and target new business prospects.
