Lead Generation + International voice process

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to international leads for product/service promotion
• Qualify prospects based on given criteria and schedule follow-up calls
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information in CRM
• Meet daily/weekly targets for lead generation and call volume
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve pitch and conversion
• Follow all quality guidelines and customer service standards

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of experience in international lead generation or outbound calling
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to handle objections and think on your feet
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
• Must have a reliable internet connection and suitable workspace (if WFH)
