Lead Developer

Role Overview:

• This role is focused on working with IBD private side on the transformation program.
• This is a high-visibility project, requiring attention to detail and a strong focus on timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and enhance Business Objects universes based on given requirements.
• Design business-critical BO reports and assist in educating BO users about using the new universe.
• Collaborate with Integration leads, Delivery Managers, System/Business Analysts, and other subject matter experts to understand requirements.
• Design and develop medium to large-scale feeds using Informatica.
• Understand current ETL processes and contribute towards development tasks.
• Enhance and customize processes as needed.
• Gauge system performance and optimize it to meet standards.
• Create Unit/Functional test cases for processes.
• Collaborate with a team of developers or work independently as required.
• Implement and follow appropriate Change Management processes.
• Adhere to the source code control policies of the project.
• Develop capabilities to implement Business Intelligence tools.
• Produce technical/design specifications.

Technical Skillset:

• SAP Business Objects 4.2 and higher: Expert
• Informatica PowerCenter 10.x: Expert
• SQL Server or Similar RDBMS: Expert
• Data-Warehouse Business Intelligence Concepts: Expert
• Unix - Shell / Python Scripting: Working knowledge
