Job Description
Key Deliverables:
- Design and manage compensation programs including salary, variable pay, and equity.
- Oversee annual compensation review cycles covering adjustments, promotions, and bonuses.
- Lead benefits program administration including insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Conduct market benchmarking and ensure legal compliance in compensation and benefits.
Role Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with HR partners and leadership on compensation strategies and job evaluations.
- Monitor budgets and provide variance analysis reports to leadership.
- Negotiate with external vendors to optimize benefits services.
- Support documentation, communication, and execution of benefits and ESOP plans.
