• 8-12 years of experience in the precast industry

Roles and Responsibilities

• Collaborate with project teams to develop BIM execution plans for precast

construction projects

• Implement BIM technologies to optimize precast design and construction processes
• Generate 3D models, drawings, and documentation using BIM software
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of BIM models and data throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate clash detection and resolution to enhance constructability and mitigate

risks

• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM tools and workflows
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and contribute to project coordination

efforts

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology for precast

construction

Education Qualification

• Bachelor of Engineering in a relevant field

Experience in Allplan Software is mandatory.
