Lead Analyst - Credit Analysis of Corporates

Credit Monitoring: Good experience in leveraged finance credit monitoring, including quarterly monitoring and annual risk assessment memos.

Credit Reports & Financial Models: Prepare opinion-based credit reports and financial models based on fundamental analysis for a set of assigned credits/companies.

Credit Assessment Process:

• Undertake in-depth research and analysis of entities, assessing their credit strengths and weaknesses, and evaluating their business and financial risk profiles.
• Analyze the potential for sovereign or parent support and factor it into the credit assessments.
• Prepare a detailed credit assessment report, discussing the company profile and credit risk considerations.
• Update and prepare detailed financial models, including financial analysis, capital structure analysis, key credit quality determinants, and financial projections (up to 7 years).
• Determine and recommend ratings for the entity based on internal rating frameworks and methodologies.
