Lead Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled  Lead Analyst to analyze complex data sets, generate actionable insights, and support business and investment decisions. The role involves creating reports and dashboards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and presenting findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze complex data sets to provide actionable insights that inform business and investment decisions
• Develop, maintain, and optimize comprehensive reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize analytical needs
• Conduct analysis and valuations to support investment strategy recommendations
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and marketing purposes
• Present findings to stakeholders clearly and concisely
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role
• Proficiency in analytical tools such as Excel, SQL, or Python
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle numerical data, conduct valuations, and deliver high-quality insights
• Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently
