Job Description:

• Specialization in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) and Venture Capital, the role involves providing comprehensive legal support in both transactional areas. Responsibilities include:
• Conducting due diligences;
• Negotiating and drafting transaction documents, including, share subscription, shareholders agreement, share purchase agreement, etc.;
• Ensuring compliance and providing advice on regulatory matters, including, companies act, FEMA, etc., and advising on legal aspects of the transactions;
• Collaboration with clients and stakeholders to facilitate closure of the transactions, addressing legal complexities inherent in both M&A and venture capital deals;
• Strong analytical skills, drafting skills, soft-skills to deal with clients, knowledge of corporate law, and the ability to navigate the dynamic landscape of mergers, acquisitions, and venture capital investments are essential for this dual-focused role.
