Language Specialist - NLP

Key Responsibilities:

• Globalize/Localize/Test features using native language expertise Collaboration with internal teams to address technical / operational challenges.
• Problem-Solving / Troubleshooting Identify and troubleshoot technical issues in a timely manner.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Learning Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Continuous evaluation and improvements of processes to enhance the partner experience and drive business growth.
• Language Proficiency :Native/Read-Write-Spoken proficiency in one or more of the following languages is essential:
• Language Priority Punjabi and HindiP0 TamilP0 Bengali and HindiP1Gujarati and HindiP1 Malayalam P1Urdu and HindiP2 TeluguP2

Technical Requirements:

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong understanding of software internationalization, localization processes, and cross-site communication challenges
• Knowledge of localization of search features and how cultural nuances impact search results.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, data manipulation, analysis).
• Ability to create data visualizations and dashboards to monitor localization progress and efficiency .
• Ability to handle dynamic changes and evolving priorities in an agile environment.

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Understanding of Basic NLP Text Preprocessing: Tokenization, stopword etc.
• Part-of-Speech Tagging: Assigning parts of speech to words in a sentence (e.g., noun, verb).
• Basic understanding of metrics like precision, recall and accuracy
• Basic Analytics skills
