L1 Network Support Engineer
Job Description
• Provide L1 network support by handling and resolving network-related incidents and service requests within defined SLAs.
• Troubleshoot L2-level network issues and escalate unresolved incidents to higher support levels when required.
• Monitor network alerts, events, and system issues to ensure timely resolution and minimal downtime.
• Work on network support tickets and ensure proper closure within SLA timelines.
• Support configuration, debugging, and maintenance of network devices and systems.
• Collaborate with vendors for issue resolution and follow up on pending network-related calls.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and IT service management processes.
• Maintain high levels of communication and coordination with internal teams for smooth operations.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to switching, routing, and connectivity.
• Participate in 24/7 shift-based support environment and ensure continuous network availability.
