Core Skills:
- Kronos Workforce Central & Dimensions (Timekeeping, Accruals, Scheduling, etc.)
- InTouch Clock Configuration & Issue Resolution
- Functional Documentation (FDDs, TDDs, PDDs, AIDs)
- HR Process Understanding (Hiring to Payroll)
- Interface Development (Good to have: SQL/PLSQL, WIM)
- Communication & Onsite-Offshore Collaboration
Good to Have:
- Experience with Kronos WIM
- Knowledge of HR Systems: Workday, PeopleSoft, ADP
- Workforce Dimensions Certification
