KITCHEN EQUIPMENT GAS TECHNICIAN

·        Diploma or vocational certification in a relevant technical field.

·        Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in servicing and repairing commercial gas kitchen equipment.

·        Solid working knowledge of gas-powered kitchen appliances, including griddles, fryers, cooking ranges, stoves, and other gas-operated equipment.

·        Ability to troubleshoot and repair gas lines, burners, thermostats, igniters, gas regulators, and other related components.

·        Experience performing testing, calibration, and commissioning of gas kitchen equipment.

·        Good understanding of local fire safety regulations, HACCP standards, and occupational health and safety requirements.
