KITCHEN EQUIPMENT GAS TECHNICIAN

• Diploma or vocational certification in a relevant technical field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of hands-on experience in servicing and repairing commercial gas kitchen equipment.
• Strong knowledge of gas-operated kitchen appliances, including griddles, fryers, cooking ranges, stoves, and other gas equipment.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing gas lines, burners, thermostats, igniters, gas regulators, and related components.
• Experience in testing, calibration, and commissioning of gas kitchen equipment.
• Good understanding of local fire safety regulations, HACCP standards, and occupational health and safety requirements.
