Role Summary

  • Proven track record in sales and account management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Responsible for managing and developing wealth partnerships to generate life insurance (LI) business.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with partners to drive consistent growth.
  • Develop and execute sales and account management strategies.
  • Analyze industry trends and recommend strategic growth initiatives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business plans and tactical initiatives.

Organizational Relationships

  • Reports To: Vice President
  • Supervises: Individual Contributor Role
