Job Description

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the modern trade segment.
  • Understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue.
  • Negotiate contract renewals, pricing agreements, and terms with key clients.
  • Monitor account performance, track sales, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to improve account strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on key account performance and opportunities to management.

Requirements:

  • 10–20 years of experience in key account management, preferably in modern trade.
  • Proven track record in managing large clients and achieving revenue targets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic account plans.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
