Job Description
Role & Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the modern trade segment.
- Understand client business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue.
- Negotiate contract renewals, pricing agreements, and terms with key clients.
- Monitor account performance, track sales, and ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to improve account strategies.
- Provide regular reports on key account performance and opportunities to management.
Requirements:
- 10–20 years of experience in key account management, preferably in modern trade.
- Proven track record in managing large clients and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to develop and implement strategic account plans.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
