Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage key accounts in the construction chemical, waterproofing, epoxy, adhesive, sealant industry, focusing on institutional sales and project sales.
  • Develop new business opportunities through effective relationship-building with clients and prospects.
  • Identify and pursue government tenders for waterproofing solutions using epoxy products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 8-13 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in construction chemicals or related fields.
  • Proven track record of success in key account management, new business development, and institutional sales.
  • Strong understanding of adhesives, epoxy products, and their applications in various industries (construction).
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with customers at all levels.
