About the Role:
Ampler Technologies is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Key Account Manager (KAM) to manage and strengthen relationships with key clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving account growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts. This role requires strong communication, strategic thinking, and account management skills to maintain long-term client partnerships and contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and act as the primary point of contact for all business-related activities
• Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and account growth
• Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews to understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions
• Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, pre-sales, support, and operations to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify business opportunities
• Prepare sales reports, account performance updates, and forecasts for management review
• Handle contract negotiations, renewals, and pricing discussions with clients
• Ensure timely resolution of client concerns and maintain excellent customer service standards
• Support business expansion by building long-term client relationships and increasing customer retention
Required Skills:
• Strong sales and account management skills with a proven track record in handling key accounts
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and relationship management abilities

• Good analytical and organizational skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively

• Good understanding of IT/technology industry trends and solutions
Required Qualifications:
• Proven experience in Key Account Management, B2B Sales, or Client Relationship Management roles
• Experience in IT services, hardware, networking, cloud, cybersecurity, or technology solutions will be preferred
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools
• Strong business understanding and customer handling skills
• Willingness to travel for client meetings when required
• Experience in System Integrator (SI) sales will be an added advantage
