Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key residential builders and developers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market presence within the residential segment.
- Drive sales through consultative selling, upselling, and cross-selling strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and product delivery.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Achieve sales targets and provide regular reports on account performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in key account management, project sales, or B2B sales in the building materials/construction chemical industry.
- Strong network with residential builders and developers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategic sales plans.
