Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Manager - Business Development to drive B2B sales growth in the Indian market . This role involves leading high-value enterprise deals, managing a team of BDMs, and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to drive revenue and market expansion.
  • Own and lead the team in closing high-value deals.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of Business Development Managers.
  • Optimize sales processes using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics) .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and retention.
  • Analyze market trends, pipeline health, and sales forecasts to refine strategies.

Who You Are

  • 5-7 years of experience in B2B sales, with 3+ years in team leadership .
  • Proven track record in enterprise sales, demand generation, and market expansion .
  • Strong experience in Ed-Tech, SaaS, or IT training industry (preferred).
  • Proficient in CRM tools, sales analytics, and forecasting .
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills .
