Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop strong, long-term partnerships with key customers (OEMs, distributors, and industrial clients).
  • Be the main point of contact to address client needs, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new products.
  • Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to provide customized bearing solutions.
  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.

Technical Expertise:

  • Understand technical aspects of bearings, including applications in industries like automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, and energy.
  • Coordinate with the technical team to recommend the right product based on load, speed, and environmental conditions.

Market & Competitor Analysis:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Develop strategies to retain existing customers and penetrate new markets.
  • Supply Chain & Logistics Coordination:
  • Work closely with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Handle inventory forecasts and resolve potential delivery or quality issues.

Data-Driven Reporting:

  • Maintain regular reports on customer performance, sales, and revenue forecasts.
  • Use CRM tools to manage accounts and track performance metrics.

Skills Required

  • Sales and Negotiation Skills: Expertise in closing deals and negotiating long-term agreements.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with bearing types (e.g., ball bearings, roller bearings, plain bearings) and their applications.
  • Customer-Focused Mindset: Ability to understand customer pain points and align solutions accordingly.
  • Project Management: Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams for customized projects.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends and customer data to drive growth.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills for technical and commercial discussions.
