Role Overview Junior Technical Trainers:

• This is an exciting opportunity for fresh B.Tech graduates (2024/2025 pass-outs) who are passionate about teaching, mentoring, and coding.

• You will start your career as part of our technical training team, helping learners strengthen their coding skills, while pursuing a sponsored M.Tech degree under our Work-Integrated Learning Program (WILP).

• The role is remote-friendly but requires frequent travel PAN-India for training deployments at client locations an opportunity to gain exposure across industries and institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist senior trainers in delivering live technical sessions and managing coding labs.
• Provide real-time mentorship and technical support to learners.
• Evaluate assignments, conduct code reviews, and provide constructive feedback.
• Troubleshoot/debug coding issues and help learners strengthen concepts.
• Create learning aids such as cheat sheets, FAQs, and guides.
• Engage with learners to ensure high participation and outcomes.
• Travel across India for training deployments.

Who Can Apply:

• B.Tech / B.E. graduates (CS, IT, ECE, or related streams) 2024/2025 batch.
• Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.).
• Good communication skills in English (Hindi is an added advantage).
• Passionate about teaching, mentoring, and learner success.
• Open to a 3-year commitment under the WILP program.

Compensation:

• 3.5 LPA during the first two years.
• 6.0 LPA from the third year onwards, based on successful WILP completion & performance.
