Junior Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand & Translate Needs: Collaborate with stakeholders to capture, refine, and document clear business and technical requirements.
• Optimize Processes: Identify inefficiencies, analyze workflows, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity and scalability.
• Document Clearly: Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, process flows, and wireframes to ensure cross-team alignment.
• Manage Stakeholders: Facilitate communication between business and technical teams through discussions, presentations, and workshops.
• Leverage Data: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
• Ensure Quality: Collaborate with QA teams and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate solutions.
• Support Change: Assist in training, documentation, and adoption strategies to ensure seamless rollout of new systems and tools.
• Work Agile: Partner with product owners and developers in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver projects efficiently.
