Junior Architect

Educational Requirements - Bachelor of Architecture (B Arch)

Experience: 1 - 3 Years

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating conceptual designs, presentation visuals, and 3D renderings.
• Generate comprehensive architectural drawings, detailed working drawings, and construction documentation utilizing AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar software.
• Collaborate with the Senior Architect to liaise with structural, MEP, and landscape consultants.
• Perform site visits to assess progress and ensure that design implementation is consistent with approved specifications.
• Engage in client meetings, document minutes, and assist in necessary design adjustments.
• Investigate materials, finishes, and sustainable design alternatives for current projects.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain well-organized project documentation and drawing archives.
• Work alongside the design team to achieve project deadlines and uphold quality standards.
