Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Execution

  • Assist in developing detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate resources, materials, and manpower for successful project execution.

Team & Stakeholder Management

  • Supervise project teams and provide guidance to junior staff.
  • Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide status updates to senior management.

Budget & Resource Management

  • Assist in preparing project budgets and cost estimates.
  • Track expenses and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
  • Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to avoid cost overruns or delays.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all projects comply with regulatory requirements, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Conduct inspections and quality checks to maintain high project standards.
  • Maintain documentation for audits, reports, and future reference.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare project reports, progress summaries, and performance metrics.
  • Maintain accurate records of project activities, decisions, and communications.
  • Support senior management in project review and evaluation.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify process improvements and contribute to standardization of project management practices.
  • Implement lessons learned from previous projects to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Support adoption of project management tools and software.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
  • 8–12 years of experience in project management, preferably in [relevant industry].
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management software (MS Project, Primavera, etc.).
