Job Opportunity

We are seeking motivated Junior Java Developers who are keen to broaden their technical expertise by cross-training in Pega, a top-tier low-code automation platform. This is an excellent chance to pivot into a rapidly growing field while utilizing your Java development skills.

• Engage in the development, testing, and maintenance of Java-based applications while receiving training in Pega development.
• Take part in Pega certification courses and practical projects to enhance your knowledge of the platform.
• Support the design and implementation of workflow automation, case management, and business rules utilizing Pega.
• Work collaboratively with senior developers, architects, and business analysts to create scalable and efficient solutions.
• Debug and troubleshoot Java and Pega applications throughout the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to the creation of documentation, coding standards, and adherence to best practices.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of Java development experience (preferably with Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs).
• Fundamental understanding of SQL and relational databases.
• Eagerness to learn and transition into Pega development.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
• Effective communication skills and a proactive approach to learning.
• Only Singaporean candidates will be considered.

Desirable Skills (Nice to Have):

• Familiarity with low-code/no-code platforms or BPM tools.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
