Jr. ITS Engineer

Job Description:

• Should be proficient in troubleshooting desktop level queries, including hardware and software issues.
• Should have working knowledge of handling Web servers and Database servers
• Strong understanding of Web servers and Database servers is preferred. Must be willing to learn new skills.

Desired Skills:

• Windows desktop troubleshooting.
• Exposure to Web servers (optional).
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new emerging technologies such as AWS Cloud, Azure.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
