3. Excellent communication skill - End to end recruitment experience mainly in NON-IT hiring such as finance, legal, information security, marcom - 

4. Experience in sourcing profiles from all the job portals such as Naukri/Linked IN and Monster  

5. Ability to source profiles for complex roles - good stake holder management - Ability to collaborate within the team
