Jira, Test Management Professional

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a QA team, ensuring efficient test planning and execution
• Oversee testing in the Payments domain, including MX messaging (pain.001, pacs.008) and MT messaging (MT103, MT202, MT202COV)
• Ensure compliance with ISO 20022 standards in test scenarios
• Implement and manage test management processes and best practices
• Utilize JIRA as a test management tool for tracking defects, test cases, and project progress
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliverables
• Monitor team performance, provide guidance, and mentor QA members
• Report on testing status, risks, and metrics to stakeholders
