Java/Angular Full Stack Developer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Tech Lead with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Angular 8+ to lead the development of scalable backend services and responsive frontend applications. The role includes technical leadership, architecture planning, and hands-on development while mentoring a team and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of scalable backend services and responsive frontend applications
• Oversee the complete development lifecycle from requirement gathering to deployment
• Make architectural decisions and ensure high code quality standards
• Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices
• Manage and mentor a team of developers across the tech stack
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, QA, and DevOps teams
• Participate in sprint planning, estimations, and retrospectives
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently
• Continuously improve development processes, coding practices, and team productivity
